Elaine and Dr. Pam Peeke keynote speaker, doing pushups during the IDEA Convention in San Diego this last weekend. Dr. Peeke asked Elaine to do a few more pushups with her, after Elaine already had done six “man” style pushups. They did ten during the time this photo was taken.
Wow! Elaine, not only are you a classic beauty but you do push-ups too! You should have joined my sister and I (Alberici Sisters) when we did 95 Jumping ‘Jacks’ to honor Jack LaLanne’s 95th Birthday on Jack LaLanne Day in LA. I wrote about that eventful day in my blog, ‘Your Powerful LIFE.’ I think you will enjoy it and the fun picture of us with Jack too. He certainly was an inspiration to my sister and I growing up and today we teach a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of exercise!
