Hi Izzy,
I am so glad to hear that you are a regular “juicer.” I never cease to get excited about the Power Juicer because it really does help people feel better, looker better, and possible live longer. “Keep on Keeping on, and Remember, If Man Makes it, Don’t Eat It!”
Healthfully Yours,
Jack LaLanne

Everytime I’m feeling down I watch your videos and I inmediately feel geat again. I think “Wow, look at this guy, so alive, so active!, and so happy”. That’s what I always try to be. And you inspire me!.
You are like a close friend, a Super Friend!!!!
jack you rock! you are such an inspiration! we just bought the juicer to add more veggies and fruits to our already healthy diet…but every bit helps! THANKS for being such an inspiration to aspire to!

I have a question, Mr Jack. Ive been doing alot of pushups, 4000 to 6000 a month for the last 3 months, but my lower pecs are not developeing like I hoped they would. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I recently heard the claim that people who swim in chlorine pools on a regular basis tend to have GI tract problems because the chlorine soaks through their skin (it is our biggest organ)….just wondered if Jack swims in a chlorine or saltwater pool…anyone know? Thanks!
Linda,
Thank you for taking the time to write to Jack. Jack swims daily in a chlorine pool, and he is going to be 95 in September, and has not had any GI Tract issues.
Thanks,
Claire
John,
Jack believes that you should change your program every 30 days. If you keep doing the same exercises everyday your muscles get used to them, they are no longer being challenged.
I’m a big fan of your feats. I am currently training to become a Marine, i love hitting the weights in the GYM but how can i do endurance training while still doing my weights workouts?
Dear Jack
I watched your show as a little girl. Growing up with a single mom and two brothers was hard but you were my mentor, and still are today. As a young girl in my twenties I gained employment at Jack La Lanne spa. It was a great feeling to work there, but I always felt my journey would be more complete if I met you.Today I am also a single mother and going to college, sometimes I feel defeated but then thinking of you keeps me strong. For speech class my informative speech will be and autobiography on you; also my second speech on nutrition will be on you. If your ever in NYC look me up. I do have one favor to ask ,can you send me an autographed photo of you I would deeply appreciate it. You are everything tha is good in this world and will always stay in my heart. You also have a lovely wife, say hello to her for me.
I really like watching your program clips on here and plan to order your set. I wish I had heard about you earlier in my life…keep up your great work. You and Elaine are an inspiration; I love you both!
Happy belated b-day, wish I was there to celebrate with you! You have been such an inspiration to me and I read as much I can about your advice and also the advice and teachings of Patricia and Paul Bragg. You guys are some of the most important people to me.
I was wondering if it was possible to get a list of the supplements you take. I understand if it is a deeply private matter for you but was just interested in taking those supplements myself. I currently eat a very healthy diet full of fresh raw veggies and fruits as well as whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds. I take a variety of supplements in addition to my regular workout regimen, but was wondering if you could give any specific advice. Thanks again for all your help. I love you bro!
Thank you for taking the time to write to Jack LaLanne. Jack takes vitamins A-Z. He suggests that you go and check with your health care professional to find what works best for you, because we are all so different!
Thanks for understanding, and remember, “Anything in Life is Possible, if YOU Make it Happen!”
Hi Jack, I loved watching you when I was growing up and saw you yesterday on MPT’s pledge drive. As a disabled veteran it hurts to walk so I keep (and love) dogs to encourage me to exercise. Do you still have your white shepherds? I recently starting swiming and doing upper body exercise so I had less stress on my infrastructure. I’m an overweight 50 year old woman but I have impressive bicepts.
Carol,
Glad you saw the PBS show…The LaLanne’s no longer have the white German Sheppard’s, they are in Happy Heaven. Keep up your swimming (a good all over body exercise) and your exercises..
Jack and Elaine LaLanne are awesome! We love your ideas and your products. Your juicer is the best thing ever.

Jack,
That’s totally awesome! In karate, we often do push-ups on our knuckles and sometimes I do them on my fingertips but nothing like that.

Ha ha, “get your husband to try it, but not you.” What, men didn’t think women were capable of doing stuff like that back in the day?
