Jack, you’re the coolest! I used to watch you with my grandma when I was a kid. I fell on to your website doing research for a paper (which is now going to be late because I could not resist watching your video).
I would like you to know that watching you just now has inspired me to work harder at losing weight and looking my best.
Thank you for all you’ve done in the fitness world!
Jennifer Jones (not the movie star)
ps. my grandma did your exercises daily and still is in good shape at 97!!!
Jack,
Your life is an inspiration to me. I say “if man made don’t eat it” to myself and to anyone who will listen every day. And exercise is KING. When I exercise I love being alive. There are two kinds of living things on this earth…plants and animals. Anybody who doesn’t want to move should be a plant.
As far as I am concerned, you have done more to influence the nation’s health than all the surgeon generals put together.
Congratulations on having had the most purposeful life that anyone could ever have.

Hi Jack hope you had a terriffic Fathers day…You look fantastic as usual!

You are forever an inspiration to all. Thanks for uploading your programs to watch – TV should show your shows all over again (EVERY MORNING & NIGHT) and keep America healthy.
Dear Jennifer,
Thanks for your blog post and kind words…Glad to hear that you’re back on track…
Claire
Wes,
Thanks for writing to Jack….Keep up the good work!
Claire
Hi Jeanne and Charles,
Jack appreciates the Fathers Day wishes! =)
Claire
Hello,
So glad that you are enjoying the programs…Keep up your workouts!!
Claire
Hi to Jack! I am a big fan, have been since I first saw the ESPN Classic reruns. I have one of your t-shirts I wear, which starts quite a few conversations. I promote Jack’s resistance band workouts to any who will listen, especially seniors and women. I’ve found and bought a collection of old books and muscle mags by or featuring Jack from the 40′s – the late 60′s. Recently, after her 2nd c-section, I got my wife doing some of the old episodes for exercise. Even my 2 oldest daughters (Emily,5 and Holly,2) try to do them. I think they mostly just like Happy though! Thanks for all your efforts Jack, Todd Kelsey
Jack you are such an inspiration to us all. Thank you for paving the way for us fitness professionals. As a personal trainer, I also love helping others improve their quality of life. I have a photo of you that I have up in my gym (I tore it out of a magazine, you are 95 in the photo), you are my ‘hero’. I’d like to know if you make public appearances, I would love to have a picture taken with you. Much love, happiness and health to you!-Elisa
Dear Jack,
I am 58 years old and right in the middle of the “Baby Boom”. This country is all about the Baby Boomers. We get what we want because there are so many of us. We have more money and influence than any other demographic. Now we are entering old age…and we are scared. We have parents and relatives who are absolutely miserable in old age. They hate being alive. It scares us because we don’t want to be like them. Then there came Betty White. She is an old lady and people are really attracted to her and want to see more of her. She is full of energy and she is hot as a firecracker right now. And I thought, if Betty White is hot…Jack Lalanne is on fire. We Baby Boomers need you Jack as an example how we can choose to live. Not as whiny old people but as high energy, glad to be alive, this is the best time of our life, people that young people should aspire to be. Your life has already accomplished that. You already did it. All somebody needs to do is make the “good news of your life known” to the ignorant.
Wes
Thank you, Jack for being such a great motivator. I stumbled across your videos while browsing. I stopped to watch and have completed my first week. I now have hope to lose my caboose and become more fit and healthy. You are a wonderful person. Thanks again. Rose
We had such a great time visiting with Jack, Elaine and you lovely girls in the office. I have a request from my son Scott. He visited a few years ago on his Harley and took a picture of Jack on it!! There are a couple of posters my family would like to have. Is there a website with the available posters? Scott remembered one when Jack was lifting his head out of the water after one of his feats of endurance and we’re not sure which one it is is. Please email me with info, ok? They are fighting me for the new book!!!
Hi Elisa,
Thanks for taking the time to write Jack….If any appearances that are open to the public come up, they will be posted on our website!!
Thanks,
Claire
Wes,
Remember, “Anything in Life is Possible, and YOU Can Make it Happen!!”
Go make it happen,
Claire
Happy fathers day Jack (I know I’m late!!)
For my fathers day I read your book “Live Young Forever” and my fathers day gift to you is keeping your philosophy alive by example. I’m 53 and still workout the same way as I have for the last 30 years or more. Age? I don’t pay any mind to it…especially when I think of you. At the super market I shop the outer rim and don’t venture into the isles. My weight is the same as when I was 20. Anyone can do it if they really want it. On an extremely hot day I thought my neighbor was crazy for cutting the grass. He said “it has to be done…it looks bad.” Yet to read a label or search for more healthy options at the supermarket is “too much work.” Shorten your life…ok. Grass too long….not ok. Something isn’t right!
Lucky thing we have people like you (ok….maybe not many since you’re truly one of a kind). The book was great and a great addition to my library. Thanks for being there for more years than I can count!
P.S. I never take elevators, why waste a perfectly good staircase and pass up the exercise?
Tommy
Dear Jack… You are the greatest and a real hero of mine. I worked at your Stonestown European Health Spa when I was in my late 20′s. Loved it. Looked you up on Google to see if you were still around. 95 and going strong. WOW. I am 61 now, an RN in Carson City NV and am doing well, but starting to see my skin get loose. AHHH! Weird. I still lift weights, wack the weeds and garden, avid expert skier, hiker and cyclist. I suppose genetics plays a role. Anyway, just wanted to say HI and that I was thinking of you. Love, Natasha. Hi to Elaine
Hello Jack,
Thanks to you and a book you wrote long time ago “Foods for Glamour”1961. You got my wife to listen to what I’d been saying to her about eating right, exercise and rest. I dug it out of my tons of books and said here read it. It’s written by an amazing man. He’s in his 90s now and hes in better shape than you and me. I think he’s Highlander.
Well she read it and now our frig is full of pears, grapes, peaches, papaya. She exercises everyday and she is even got me back doing my old routines again. Just more reps and less weight on the squats and weights but I’m feeling alot better. Cutting back on the gin and tonics.
It seems point the body and mind in the right directions and its more than happy to proceed.
Thanks
Charley
You’re pretty cool, Jack… but can you outlive me? You’re the world’s greatest athlete, but I’m 70 years younger than you.
Although I still wouldn’t bet on myself…
Hi Jack,
I am 63 now and watched your show with my grandmother. You are an inspiration to everyone. I live in Ivins, Utah in the beautiful red rock country and work as a hiking guide at Red Mountain Resort and Spa. It would be wonderful if you and your lovely wife Elaine would come here and enjoy the healthy lifestyle promoted at the spa and see the red rocks, blue sky and clean air.
Priscilla

I wish I could think of something more to say Jack, But it seems we Lalanne followers have the same things to say to you! We love you, pray for you and thank you for changing our lives for the better!
You were and are ahead of your time!!!
Thanks
Roy
Jack,
My doctor tells me that there is no question in his mind that a man or woman can live to 150 if perfect heatlh is practiced every day. My mom tells me that the age limit is actually much more than that because a man in China was known to live beyond 250 years.
What ever the limit is, I believe you will be breaking a new United States record in the future. I know your going to be that man.
God, your are all over YouTube. Thanks for everything, We all had learned so much from you and Elaine.
Steve

Hello Jack, wishing you and Elaine continue good health. I am still using your glamour stretcher (imported from India, from your former TV days almost 40 yrs).
Jack and Claire – You are the best!. I wrote you about a broken juicer last week and Claire was the most amazing person to help me out. She went out of her way to assist me and to get me back to juicing again. Just got my replacement juicer and I can’t wait to get back to a healthy lifestyle with my Jack Juicer. Thanks so much Jack and Claire.
Hi Priscilla,

Jack, you continue to be an inspiration to everyone. I just about gave up thinking I could get back in shape…but after watching you again (watched you as a teen in my sister’s house), I am going to do my darndest to get there again. Thanks to you!
I wanted to express to the group that I have enjoyed Jack since the early sixties. He is a likeable fellow, and has been an inspiration to millions.
Many of you, I would guess, do not know that Mr. LaLanne is a chiropractic doctor, and that his holistic approach is something integral to chiropractic, and other natural methods.
