I remember watching your show with my grandmother when I was very young. I am still interested in health and I followed a link to some clips from those shows that are on face book. I watched one on facial exercises and one on “the Problem”.
You are an incredibly beautiful person and I wish there were more like you in this world and especially on TV and in the media these days.

You don`t know me but you may remember my mother.I grew up in Berkeley. My mother maiden name was Francis Sutherland.She and my grandmother often reminded me of the times you visited down on Woolsey St.I lived there the first five years of my life.It was a special place to me.
Actually-you were an inspiration to me.I often watched your TV show back in the day and,in fact,I became a Physical Education instructor in Walnut Creek.I retired just a few years ago but still coach track and field at a local High School.
