hi jack ive been watching you for well im 63 so i guess 63 years i used to go to one of your gyms in the 1970s and now i watch you and your wife on tv every week i use some bof your exercises veveryday in my workout my dad passed away last year vat 95 but he ciulkndt walk or vtalk for his last 5 years so i am amazed you bare so agile at 95 you are really an inspiration my sister in law said she has a hard time getting in shape vat 59 i said thats no nexcuse just vlook at jack lalalanne hes in great shape at 95 so no more execuse3s anyway jack i juswt wanted to thank you band your wife for inspiring me and helping my entire life i really love you both and i ntry to live for the moment and live each day like its your last day anjd when your time comes i know you nbwell be getting all the vspirits in heaven in shape also bless you jack i hope you nsyay with us many more byears but i really just wanted to say thank you i love you two very much jim sessions
