Be a Success and a Winner in Life

Thursday, June 30th, 2011

You’re heard the expression “we are all born equal”. Yes, but we are all different. There is only one you, you can do many things that I can’t and I can do many things you can’t do. We are all individualized in this great universe.

To be a winner and a success in life find out what you do best and what you enjoy doing!!

Jack always had tips of the day on his TV shows, these are tips from one of the shows…

Instead of spreading butter or margarine on toast, lightly spread on some good vegetable oil and vegetable seasoning. Add garlic powder for garlic bread.

Under cook vegetables in order to retain vitamins and minerals.

Eat vegetables in their natural state as much as possible.

Eat an adequate, nutritious breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. It helps bring your blood sugar up for more energy. When your blood sugar is low you feel lethargic. That is why people who do not eat breakfast and start with a cup of coffee get a boost from the caffeine in the coffee.

Don’t eat if you aren’t hungry
Don’t snack between meals
Don’t take in more calories than you are burning up
Broil instead of fry
Remove poultry skin when cooking chicken to save calories
Don’t salt your food until you’ve tasted it, it is an insult to the chef
Read the contents of prepared food to detect hidden salt and sugar
If you have been in a habit of using excessive salt, have your blood pressure monitored on a regular basis
Try to reduce your sugar intake
Avoid highly sugared baked goods
Don’t have a secret cache of candy or sweets around the house, you won’t eat what you don’t have!

Elaine and her nine month old great great nephew, Jackson

What great motivation for us all~

Thursday, June 16th, 2011

Dear Claire,
Since I last spoke/wrote to you I have been following the exercises and diets from Jack’s books “The way to vibrant good health”, “Slim and Trim Diet and Exercise guide”, Foods for glamour”, “For Men Only” and “Abundant Health and Vitality after 40″. Thanks ebay :)
I am 45, 6’3″, and four months ago I weighed 271 lbs with a waist of 46 inches. Now I am a bit older, still 6’3″, but I weigh 227 lbs and have a waist of 37 inches.
My wife is very proud of me and I am fitting into clothes I used to wear when we were courting. I exercise every day to Jack’s DVD TV program. For the first month my family had a little chuckle as I “pranced around the living room”, but now my 17 year old daughter joins me in the trimnastics and my wife is asking if there is room for her to join in.
I work with disabled people. They don’t understand why I won’t eat processed foods now, but several of them are copying my salad and clear soup lunches. Everyone is feeling better and has more energy.
I didn’t hear about Jack until after his passing, but the impact he has had on me, my family and work colleges has been literally life changing. I wanted to thank you, Elaine, and everyone at BeFit enterprises for giving “tardy students” like me a chance to benefit from Jack and Elaine’s work.

I would also like to place an order, as follows. I’ll call you again tomorrow with the credit card details as the system is not Australia friendly.
Yours now in very good health,
Gary
