Jack and Paul Bragg ( www.bragg.com ) on the set of the Jack LaLanne Show during an interview about 1955 at KGO TV in San Francisco. Paul Bragg is the lecturer Jack heard when he was a sickly 14 year old. His words inspired Jack to cut out all junk food and start exercising.
