Men and women who exercise regularly have no interest in the bathroom scales. If you are not already aware of it, muscle weighs more than fat. This means you can actually weight more while loins fat because you are adding muscle at the same time your fat is burning off. You are exchanging lighter but bulkier puff for denser, sleek, toned muscle tissue. You are on your way to a healthier, more attractive body. It’s in the mirror that counts. Throw away the scales.

Many restaurant eaters make the mistake of loading up on bread before the meal even begins. Worse, they add butter. Then they have two or three cocktails and nibble on other goodies. They overeat at the beginning and then are satiated prior to the appetizer; ask for some raw veggies with dip!

Why not invest in yourself so that you will feel good all the time. Why so many people fail in physical fitness is that old saying, “I’ll do it tomorrow” can’t separate mind and body. Bank account and health account are synonymous, the more you put in the more you can take out.
