Here’s a great exercise for the sides of the waist(love handles) from Elaine’s book, Fitness After 50 Workout! Extend right leg, toe pointed, touch the back of right knee with fingertips of right hand. Same move, left side. Repeat. Suggest beginning with 10 reps, 3 sets, per side. As Jack always said, “Make haste slowly”.
